Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans that support operational excellence, profitability, and account retention

Collaborate with partners to enhance customer and client experience through various strategies

Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients by engaging in needs assessments and aligning solutions

Lead performance guarantee reporting, including analytics and client-ready presentations

Represent the employer in market events, onsite meetings, and executive-level discussions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare or managed care, with knowledge of product strategy and account management

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Strategic mindset with the ability to partner with Account Executives to grow the book of business

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize objectives

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; advanced degree preferred

Experience in specialty pharmacy or PBM account management

Experience developing financial and strategic client-facing presentations
