Senior Federal Account Manager
to lead growth and customer engagement across the
U.S. Army , with a primary focus on the
ITES-4H
contract vehicle. This is a remote position with required travel to Army installations, customer sites, and industry events. The role is responsible for developing and executing Army account strategies, driving qualified pipeline, managing OEM and subcontractor relationships, and capturing new task orders across Army commands and program offices. The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions into the Army ecosystem and a proven track record executing against IDIQ contract vehicles-specifically ITES-4H. Responsibilities
Army Account & Capture Leadership: Own and execute the Army account strategy aligned to ITES-4H, including identification of funded requirements, recompetes, and net-new opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Army stakeholders, including PMOs, PEOs, CIO/G-6, CHESS, contracting officers, and end users Lead opportunity qualification, shaping, and capture activities from early engagement through task order award ITES-4H Execution: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on ITES-4H, including contract scope, ordering procedures, compliance requirements, and competitive positioning Partner with proposal, pricing, contracts, and operations teams to develop compliant and compelling task order responses Manage opportunity pipeline forecasting and reporting specific to ITES-4H Solution & Partner Management: Collaborate with OEM partners to align Army requirements with best-fit solutions Build and manage teaming relationships with ITES-4H primes, subcontractors, and small business partners Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop solutions aligned with Army modernization priorities Revenue Growth & Customer Success: Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and bookings targets Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective delivery oversight, contract execution, and issue resolution Identify expansion opportunities within existing task orders and across additional Army organizations Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 8 years of federal sales experience with a strong focus on the U.S. Army Demonstrated success selling through ITES-4H (directly or via prime/subcontractor relationships) Experience selling IT hardware and solutions, including networking, compute, storage, end-user devices, and cybersecurity
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong capture management, account planning, and opportunity development skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working for an ITES-4H prime or major Army IT reseller/integrator Established relationships within Army PMOs, PEOs, or CHESS Experience supporting Army modernization initiatives (e.g., network modernization, zero trust, cloud, tactical IT) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
