We are hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a high-impact sales team focused exclusively on industrial refrigeration and process cooling.
This role is for a proven industrial sales leader who can drive new business, develop top performers, and take ownership of revenue growth in a technical, project-driven market.
What You’ll Do
Train and lead a specialized industrial sales team Actively close deals while growing the team. Drive new business, sales strategy, and revenue growth Manage projects from quote, to completion, to collections. What We’re Looking For
8+ years experience selling industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical construction Project Management or Lead experience Prior success leading sales teams Strong industrial and technical sales background Hunter mindset with leadership presence Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related strongly preferred Why This Role
