
Overview – People Solutions Survey Leadership
Lockton is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the strategy, design, governance, and advanced analytics of survey programs that support client decision-making across People Solutions, including employee benefits, workforce strategy, and non-cash compensation. This role focuses on translating complex people strategies and plan design considerations into structured, scalable, and data-driven insights for large and multinational employers.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, execution, and governance of global and regional surveys supporting People Solutions priorities, leveraging enterprise survey platforms such as Qualtrics.
Establish and maintain methodological and technical standards to ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, scalability, and longitudinal comparability across clients and geographies.
Design and oversee automated survey workflows in Qualtrics, including complex logic, validation rules, versioning, and multi-country deployment.
Apply principles from social science, behavioral economics, and organizational psychology to design survey questions that elicit accurate, reliable, and decision-useful responses from senior HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
Develop survey frameworks that capture people strategy, benefits philosophy, workforce governance, and risk management practices while minimizing response bias and misinterpretation.
Design survey content addressing detailed plan provisions and non-cash compensation, including retirement programs, health and welfare benefits, equity-based compensation, deferred compensation, and other non-cash rewards.
Lead the development of scalable, automated analytics pipelines to process survey data, reduce manual intervention, and support repeatable benchmarking, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
Partner with analytics and technology teams to integrate Qualtrics outputs with data visualization, benchmarking, and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards and standardized executive reporting).
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, translating automated survey outputs into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
Present survey findings to executive audiences with clarity and credibility, supported by standardized and dynamic reporting.
Interpret survey data to identify market trends, emerging risks, and opportunities across industries and regions.
Partner with actuarial, legal, tax, rewards, and other People Solutions specialists to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Contribute to the evolution of Lockton’s People Solutions survey and benchmarking capabilities through innovation, digital enablement, and analytics-led insights.
Provide executive-level oversight, coaching, and quality assurance for consulting and analytics teams involved in survey design, automation, and analysis.
Support business development efforts by shaping survey-led client solutions, proposals, and market-facing offerings.
Overview – Farm, Ranch & Equine Account Executive The Account Executive – Farm, Ranch & Equine is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of complex personal insurance clients with specialized agricultural and equestrian risks. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts and plays a critical role in placements, renewals, and supporting new business opportunities. The position requires deep technical expertise, exceptional client service skills, and direct experience with Farm, Ranch, and Equine insurance exposures.
Essential Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of Farm, Ranch & Equine clients.
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level client experience aligned with Lockton PRS service standards.
Proactively manage client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Placements & Renewal Management: Lead and execute the placement and renewal process, including gathering underwriting and exposure information, marketing accounts to carriers, negotiating pricing, terms, and coverage, preparing and presenting proposals and renewal summaries, evaluating renewal terms, and initiating remarketing efforts when appropriate.
Ensure accurate policy issuance, documentation, invoicing, and timely delivery.
New Business Support: Partner with Producers and Growth Leaders to support new business opportunities from initial submission through bind, assist with underwriting strategy, carrier selection, and proposal development, and ensure a smooth transition of new business into ongoing service and account management.
Risk Advisory & Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of personal insurance coverages, rating concepts, and risk management principles specific to farms and ranches, equine operations, stables, trainers, and breeders, and agricultural properties and related exposures. Provide informed recommendations that align with each client’s assets, operations, and risk profile.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience servicing and placing Farm, Ranch, and/or Equine insurance accounts.
Advanced working knowledge of personal insurance coverages and underwriting.
Proven ability to manage and retain a complex book of business.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Professional presence and ability to advise high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
Proficiency with agency management systems (Nexsure or comparable).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
