Lead Management: Diligently follow up on inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities with an "Obsessive" mindset. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of owner-operators and fleets to match them with the right equipment. Customer Experience Excellence: Guide the customer through a seamless, transparent buying process from first contact to delivery. Market Expertise: Stay ahead of truck specs, market pricing, and financing options to provide expert advice. CRM Integrity: Maintain 100% accurate data in our systems to ensure the "Teamwork" and "Growth" values are supported by good data. What We Offer
