Overview Seeking an assistant to convert marketing communications (eblast, text, phone, email) into a CRM. This is a short-term engagement to help choose a system, set it up, and train the user to operate it, with ongoing usage to be continued later as needed.
Responsibilities
Translate existing marketing strategy and communications into CRM processes and workflows
Help evaluate and select a CRM system appropriate to the business needs
Set up the CRM, import data, configure fields, automations, and dashboards
Provide training and ongoing support to enable independent system use
Qualifications
Entry level experience (seniority level: Entry level)
Background with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Exact Target) is preferred
