We are currently seeking an experienced, high-performing Residential Sales Executive to join our in-home sales team. This role is designed for seasoned closers who are confident in presenting, building trust, and closing high-ticket residential projects while representing a company built on strong moral values and ethical business practices.
Responsibilities
Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners
Present roofing, siding, windows, and exterior solutions in a professional, consultative manner
Build trust through honest evaluations and transparent pricing
Close high-ticket residential contracts and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to signed agreement
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with customers
Accurately document inspections, estimates, and contracts
Represent Elevation Exteriors with integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times
Qualifications
Proven in-home or outside sales experience (home improvement, roofing, remodeling, or related industries preferred)
Strong closing ability with a consistent track record of performance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of personal integrity and ethical standards
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
