Position Summary Aegis Solutions is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive new logo acquisition and channel-supported revenue growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and partner-aligned selling motions.

This role is ideal for a hunter-minded seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building pipeline from scratch, and is comfortable engaging IT leaders, procurement teams, and channel partners. The ISR will focus on identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities for Aegis’ ITAD and TPM offerings, working closely with Channel Partners, Account Executives, and Sales Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & New Logo Sales

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and partner campaigns.

Identify and qualify new logo opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Develop targeted account lists aligned to channel partners and Aegis’ ideal customer profile.

Consistently generate qualified meetings and sales-ready pipeline.

Channel-Aligned Selling

Support channel partners by identifying net-new opportunities and enabling co-selling motions.

Coordinate outreach with partners to ensure alignment with rules of engagement.

Participate in joint partner campaigns, call blitzes, and account mapping exercises.

Act as the front-end demand engine for partner-sourced opportunities.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timing).

Advance opportunities through discovery and hand-off to Account Executives when appropriate.

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM.

Support deal progression by coordinating follow-ups, discovery calls, and next steps.

Product & Value Messaging

Clearly articulate Aegis’ value proposition across ITAD, TPM, and lifecycle services.

Position Aegis as a trusted partner focused on cost reduction, asset optimization, and risk mitigation.

Tailor messaging based on customer pain points, industry, and infrastructure environment.

Metrics & Performance Accountability

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs including:

Outbound activity levels

Participate in regular pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance check-ins.

Qualifications Required:

2–5 years of inside sales, BDR, or SDR experience in B2B technology or IT services.

Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Experience generating new logo pipeline in a quota-carrying environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.

Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented sales culture.

Preferred:

Experience selling IT services such as ITAD, TPM, data center services, MSP, or infrastructure solutions.

Exposure to channel or partner-led selling environments.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).

Experience selling into IT, procurement, infrastructure, or operations personas.
