Responsibilities
Manage your own sales territory to increase recurring diagnostic revenue and attain quarterly medical device equipment sales
Educate and train veterinary clinic staff on IDEXX products, services, and marketing initiatives
Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to IDEXX\'s marketing organization and business unit manager
Present IDEXX\'s values professionally, demonstrating understanding of the veterinary industry and technology
Attend trade shows and educational events in the region to enhance knowledge and networking
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent years of work experience
2-3+ years of experience managing a sales territory in an outside or inside capacity
Sales experience in the veterinary/animal health industry, human healthcare, medical device sales, or dental device sales
Ability to travel internationally and lift up to 60 pounds
Must reside within 2 hours of an international airport and be bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in capital equipment sales
Strong collaborative skills in a team-oriented sales environment
Familiarity with veterinary clinic and hospital environments
Willingness to work weekends as needed
Valid passport for international travel
