
The Account Executive (AE) is a key member of the i2Vision client services team, serving as the day-to-day point-of-contact across multiple client accounts to support the successful execution and delivery of projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare spaces. The AE ensures the effective coordination of timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the day-to-day point-of-contact for assigned client accounts and projects, supporting or leading client calls, facilitating communications and planning with the internal team, and providing status reports, meeting notes/debriefs, and follow-up correspondences Assist in the planning and execution of client deliverables, tracking projects to align with timing, budget, scope, and strategic objectives Assist in developing project timelines, trackers, scoping, and deliverable summaries (incl. output synthesis, post-mortems) Support event/meeting coordination and logistics across internal & external stakeholders, including for advisory boards, scientific sessions, and workshops Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal team members to ensure timeliness, strategic alignment, accuracy & rigor, and quality of deliverables Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulousness for details from project initiation to client delivery Develop a strong command of agency capabilities, offerings, and expertise to support organic growth and other business development initiatives Foster and reinforce strong client relationships by anticipating needs, identifying key opportunities for synergies, and maintaining proactive & open dialogue Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution required; background in life sciences (eg, biology, chemistry etc) strongly preferred. ≥2 years of professional experience in agency, consulting, or related industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare) in a Client Services or Account Management capacity required; HCP, eye care & ophthalmology, and launch experience preferred.
