Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate-related transactions
Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to meet defined revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Motivation to thrive in a results-oriented environment with attention to detail
Familiarity with the Washington, DC real estate market is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
