We’re hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our State Farm agency. This role is focused on outbound outreach and relationship-building, with the goal of bringing new customers into our book of business. If you enjoy connecting with people, setting goals, and being rewarded for your effort, this can be a strong fit.
No prior insurance experience is required. We’re looking for the right person, not the perfect résumé. You must be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses prior to starting and we’ll guide you through the process.
Role Description
Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and digital outreach Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering insurance needs Educating customers on State Farm products and solutions Following up consistently to build long-term client relationships Working toward clear activity and production goals in a team-based environment Qualifications
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with new people Self-motivated and comfortable in a sales-focused role Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses before start date Coachable, organized, and dependable Sales experience is helpful but not required. Base salary of $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience Commission structure with realistic total earnings up to $120,000 Ongoing training, mentorship, and support from an established agency Clear performance expectations with room for advancement 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Why This Role
