up to $275k plus comprehensive benefits package One of New York's leading construction firms is seeking multiple Lead Superintendents to oversee $100M+ ground-up and complex renovation projects across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. This is a senior field leadership role for a superintendent who has personally delivered large-scale projects from start to finish and can command demanding schedules, and complex logistics Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale ground-up or adaptive reuse projects (office-to-residential, major repositionings, complex renovations) Manage projects from site mobilization through TCO/CO, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and budget objectives are met Coordinate all subcontractors, trades, inspectors, consultants, and internal project teams Maintain strict compliance with NYC DOB, site safety, and union requirements Drive site logistics, sequencing, inspections, punch lists, and turnover Serve as the senior on-site authority representing ownership and construction leadership Qualifications
NYC DOB Licensed Superintendent (required) Proven track record delivering
$100M+ projects
in New York City Experience with ground-up construction and/or complex adaptive reuse (office-to-residential strongly preferred) Deep knowledge of NYC construction methods, safety regulations Strong leadership presence with the ability to run large crews and high-profile sites independently What's in it for you?
