
Technical Sales Representative – Northeast (Based out of Boston area covering the following states VT, ME, NH, RI,CT, MA,DE

Role Overview
Technical Sales Representatives live and work in their assigned region, championing RedBuilt™’s products across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) community. You’ll develop long-term relationships, influence project specifications, and support structural framing solutions from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers
Conduct lunch-and-learns and product presentations for design and construction professionals
Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate project contracts
Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent with RedBuilt™ offerings
Track and input project leads, bids, activities and KPIs using the company CRM
Represent RedBuilt™ at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity
Skills & Qualifications
Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems
Proven ability to read blueprints and design structural framing concepts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (Commensurate experience in these fields will be considered)
Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with the local AEC community or commercial construction sector

Work Location: Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in or near the following territory: Atlanta, GA.
