Supports attorneys with substantive legal work under attorney supervision in personal injury matters. Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings and discovery under supervision Track statutes and deadlines Prepare demand packages Coordinate with clients and providers (non-legal) Assist with trial preparation Georgia Compliance
No legal advice, no settlement negotiation, no signing pleadings; all work performed under attorney supervision. Qualifications
2+ years PI or litigation experience paralegal certificate preferred strong organization and writing skills
