PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL Connect Staffing is working with a nationally recognized personal injury law firm to find a stellar, senior-level Litigation Paralegal. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff or defense). This boutique law firm has an excellent reputation in the legal field and a very desirable workplace culture focused on collaboration. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and generous bonuses. This position has the flexibility to work remotely after a training period. Responsibilities: Draft and respond to discovery Schedule travel, conferences, and depositions Coordinate with medical experts E-filing Coordinate the flow of electronic and paper documents, i.e., discovery, medical research Assist in critical research for witnesses and defense issues Assist with trial Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal Prior experience working in personal injury and/or medical malpractice Trial experience is a plus Experience using MS Office, Adobe, Slack, and Mac computers Connect With Us Connect Staffing is your link to successful recruiting – connecting the best people with the right jobs.
