Human Resources Director
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide hands-on strategic leadership for the human resources department. Develop comprehensive people strategy that supports company growth, retention, and leadership development. Lead and mentor the HR, recruiting, and training teams. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Collaborate with managers on employee development, performance improvement, and career progression. Provide oversight of benefits programs and rewards initiatives to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Provide HR leadership and support for multiple manufacturing facilities. Ad hoc projects as needed. The

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field required. 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience Strong working knowledge of employment law and compliance across multiple states. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
