Dove Healthcare, a system of skilled nursing and assisted living residences, is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources. This position will work out of our Chippewa Falls location but will support all facilities throughout Wisconsin.
As the Regional Director of Human Resources, you will oversee all HR functions for the organization, working directly with a team of HR professionals and individual building leadership. Specifically, you will
oversee all HR functions and HR personnel
administer the employee benefit programs, including leading the annual renewal process, coordinating open enrollment, and all benefit communication
401k plan administration
maintain HR programs/databases and serve as program administrator for HRIS, time and attendance, applicant tracking, and education platforms
monitor employee compensation and pay practices
oversee recruiting and retention efforts
direct employee safety program, including overseeing work comp and OSHA compliance
oversee leave of absence program
maintain HR policies and procedures
ensure compliance with all background screenings and licensure verification
manage the State survey process for all HR related requests
complete quarterly PBJ reporting for all skilled nursing locations
advise building leadership on employee relations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care
thorough knowledge of employment law
ability to travel throughout Wisconsin
strong communication skills
