This organization is experiencing increased customer activity and is seeking a reliable, service-oriented professional to assist with inquiries and ongoing administrative support.
Job Description: This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support related to benefit products and services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting customers through various channels, resolving concerns professionally, and supporting internal processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
Educate customers on available benefit offerings and assist with navigating online portals and mobile applications
Investigate and resolve issues while maintaining a calm, respectful approach
Escalate or route complex matters appropriately when needed
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
Manage incoming and outgoing emails across multiple inboxes
Draft and distribute written communications, including form letters and mail merges
Provide support with claims review and processing as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience required; healthcare or claims-related experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
