This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for young adults interested in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You'll learn how a real creative agency runs its social media accounts for multiple clients.
You do not need prior experience. Training, step-by-step instructions, and ongoing support are provided. This role is great for someone who enjoys being organized, creative, detail-oriented, and curious about how brands show up online.

What You'll Learn and Do
1. Content Posting & Organization
You'll help bring social media plans to life by: Posting and scheduling content created by the creative team Keeping content ideas, captions, and files organized Updating content calendars using tools like Notion Writing short captions using templates, examples, and AI tools when appropriate Making sure posts match the brand's look, tone, and platform guidelines Checking that profiles (bio, links, images) are accurate and up to date 2. Supporting New Client Setups
When a new client joins, you'll help get their social media accounts ready by:
Organizing brand materials like logos, colors, and fonts Uploading files into shared folders Checking usernames, bios, and links for consistency Helping connect accounts to scheduling tools Assisting with early content requests like holidays and seasonal posts 3. Posting & Scheduling Content
You'll gain experience using professional tools to:
Schedule and publish posts on different platforms Adjust captions and formats for each platform Monitor scheduled posts to make sure everything runs smoothly Fix simple posting issues and ask for help when needed Share preview links with clients when requested 4. Basic Analytics & Reporting
You'll learn how social media performance is tracked by:
Helping collect monthly data (followers, likes, engagement) Organizing reports that show what content is working Noticing trends and ideas to improve future posts 5. Trends & Creativity
You'll stay plugged into what's happening online by:
Watching trends, popular sounds, formats, and hashtags Looking at what similar brands are posting Sharing creative ideas with the team for review What's Expected
