In this role, the Senior HRBP serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting talent initiatives, employee relations, compensation guidance, and organizational effectiveness. This is a visible, hands-on role well suited for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership, balancing day-to-day people support with strategic initiatives, data-driven insights, and change management.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR partner to assigned business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives Support talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development Coach leaders on performance management, team dynamics, engagement, and change management Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and fair, timely conflict resolution Lead cyclical HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation actions, engagement surveys, and workforce planning Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Partner with compensation leaders to support external competitiveness and internal equity Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to ensure consistent execution of HR programs Serve as a thought partner during reorganizations, leadership transitions, and cultural initiatives Conduct exit interviews, assess turnover trends, and recommend retention strategies Mentor and support Associate HRBPs or HR team members as needed Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role Demonstrated success advising leaders and managing complex employee relations matters Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred), reporting, and analytics Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Preferred Skills:
Experience in consulting, engineering, or professional services environments Ownership of HR programs such as performance management, benefits, or engagement initiatives Experience supporting organizational change, growth, or restructuring Advanced Excel or reporting skills and the ability to translate data into insights Benefits:
