Requirements What You’ll Do Manage and grow a book of personal insurance clients Consult on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs Analyze risks and recommend appropriate coverage options Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Serve as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson What We Hope You Bring Experience in personal insurance or similar role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Integrity-driven: We prioritize doing what’s right for the client Organized and consistent follow-up habits Ability to manage renewals, closings, and client life events with professionalism Preferred education and experience Prior Account Manager experience Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base salary:

$45K–$75K Additional bonus/incentive:
