We are seeking a process-driven Order Management Specialist to take ownership of the technical aspects of our customer relationships.
In this role, you aren't reading from a script. You serve as the central connection between our clients, our foundry, and our external vendors. You will handle complex orders in our ERP system, coordinate "Value-Added Services" (such as painting, heat treating, and machining), and ensure every shipment's logistics are accurate. If you enjoy analyzing data, solving supply chain challenges, and managing intricate workflows, this is the right career for you.
What You Will Do
Technical Order Management: Review and analyze incoming Purchase Orders for accuracy before entry. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity within our ERP system, ensuring routing instructions, terms, and ship-to information are accurate. Supply Chain Coordination: Manage "Value-Added Services" by issuing purchase orders to our external partners for painting, heat treating, and machining. You will track these parts and manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery. Logistics & Scheduling: Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure accuracy. You will assist shipping operations by coordinating pickups and expediting logistics to meet deadlines. Complex Problem Solving: Serve as the primary professional contact for B2B clients, resolving complex inquiries regarding engineering changes (ECRs), inventory levels, and production timelines. System Administration: Maintain the "Product Master" data, manage tooling orders, and process Advance Shipment Notices (ASN) and daily invoicing. What We Are Looking For

You are detail-oriented and understand that a small data entry error can cause big problems down the line. You are comfortable verifying complex documentation. Manufacturing Experience:
You understand how a product moves from a raw casting to a finished part. Experience with Bills of Lading (BOL), ERP systems, or industrial logistics is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy:
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating database systems. Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
