Position Overview KBRS is seeking a full-time Order Entry & Customer Service Specialist to serve as a key point of contact between our customers, outside sales team, and internal operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer purchase orders into our ERP system (Acumatica), confirming pricing, drawings, and specifications, and providing professional, customer-focused communication throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities

Receive customer purchase orders via phone and email

Accurately enter orders into Acumatica ERP

Confirm pricing, product specifications, and drawings

Field inbound customer calls regarding order confirmation and status

Communicate effectively with outside sales representatives and internal teams

Maintain accurate order documentation and notes

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred OR 5+ years of relevant experience in order entry, customer service, or inside sales support

Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred)

Manufacturing, construction, or distribution experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional verbal and written communication skills
