
POSITION SUMMARY
The Order Entry Specialist is a critical role in our Account Management team, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing purchased orders received from clients. The Data Entry Specialist ensures that orders are entered into our Stokkup ERP system accurately and promptly, facilitating a smooth and efficient workflow. The processed data will be sent back to our Account Management team for review and acceptance. TOP PRIORITIES
Accurate & Thoughtful Order Entry Data Validation Communication of completion POSITION DUTIES
Order Data Entry
Receive purchase orders from clients through designated communication channels Verify the completeness and accuracy of order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and shipping information Enter order information into the Stokkup ERP system with precision and attention to detail
Data Validation
Validate and cross-reference order data against client records and product information to ensure accuracy Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders
Communication
Maintain clear and effective communication with the Account Management team regarding order processing status, changes, or clarifications Address any inquiries or requests from the team related to orders promptly and professionally
Documentation
Keep organized records of all processed orders, including order confirmations and any related correspondence Generate and provide reports as needed to support internal tracking and reporting requirements
Quality Assurance
Perform routine quality checks to identify and rectify errors in order entry Assist in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance order entry efficiency and accuracy
Compliance
Ensure that all order entry processes adhere to company policies and procedures Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to order processing
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication in English Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, and very personable Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible, Friendly, and engaging personality Hands-on experience in an order processing role Stellar Organizational Skills Benefits
