Overview

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Operations Manager to build, scale, and optimize the foundational marketing operations structure that supports demand generation, pipeline visibility, and revenue alignment. This role is critical to operationalizing our GTM strategy across systems, data, and processes as we scale. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Power BI, understands how marketing and sales operations intersect, and has built marketing ops frameworks in a growing B2B organization. This is a strategic execution role — not just reporting, not just tooling — but someone who can architect how marketing actually works day-to-day. This is a remote role, with quarterly domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Infrastructure Build and maintain a foundational marketing operations structure, including lead lifecycle definitions, campaign governance, reporting standards, and operational documentation.

Own day-to-day marketing operations execution and continuous optimization as the organization scales.

Marketing Technology Ownership Serve as the operational owner of: HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Content Hub)

Salesforce (in collaboration with Sales Ops / RevOps)

6sense (account-based insights, intent data, reporting)

Power BI (dashboards, performance visualization, attribution)

Ensure clean integrations, data flow, and consistent system usage across platforms.

Lead Management, Scoring & Sales Handoff Design, implement, and continuously optimize lead scoring models aligned to ICPs and buying groups.

Own lead routing, lifecycle stages, and sales hand-off processes, ensuring speed-to-lead and SLA adherence.

Partner closely with Sales Operations to refine MQL, SQL, SAL definitions and workflows.

Analytics, Reporting & Attribution Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into:

Funnel conversion

Campaign performance

Pipeline contribution

Marketing-sourced and influenced revenue

Ensure leadership-ready reporting that connects marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

Sales Operations Collaboration Act as the primary marketing counterpart to Sales Ops, ensuring alignment across:

CRM data structure

Funnel definitions

Attribution logic

Forecasting inputs

Participate in joint planning and QBRs to support revenue alignment.

Process & Governance Establish scalable operational processes for:

Campaign setup and QA

Data hygiene and enrichment

Naming conventions and taxonomy

Documentation and enablement

Create repeatable workflows that support demand gen, ABM, content, and field marketing motions.

Basic Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology roles within a B2B organization.

Hands-on experience required with: HubSpot (campaigns, automation, reporting)

Salesforce (lead lifecycle, CRM integration, collaboration with Sales Ops)

6sense (ABM insights, intent data, account reporting)

Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, executive reporting)

Proven experience owning or contributing to: Lead scoring models

Marketing → Sales hand-off processes

Cross-functional alignment with Sales Operations

Demonstrated ability to build or formalize marketing ops infrastructure in a growing or evolving organization.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational and strategic insights.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving environment

Preferred Skills: Experience supporting multi-campaign GTM motions

Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or technical services
