L.E.K. Consulting is seeking an experienced marketingmanagerto join the US Go-to-Market (GTM) team, focused ontwo sub-sectors withintheHealthcaresector (HealthcareServices and MedTech). This newly created role will partner closely withHealthcareServices and MedTechleadership to define and activate GTM strategies that support the firm’s growth priorities. TheHealthcareGTM Manager willownthe development and execution ofHealthcareServices and MedTechGTM strategies, translating firm and sector growthobjectivesinto actionable plans, campaigns, and tools. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration acrossContent Marketing, Digital Marketing,Business Development, and sector leadership, as well as fluency in digital marketing activation and data-driven decision making. This role sits within L.E.K.’s US Growth function and reports to the USHealthcareGTM Associate Director. TheHealthcareGTM Manager serves as a key connector betweenleadership, sales enablement, andcross-functionalmarketing teams to ensure cohesive, client-centric GTM execution. Key Responsibilities of theHealthcareSector GTM Manager

LeadUS GTMplanning,strategy and execution forHealthcareServices and MedTech, aligned to firm and sector growth priorities Lead end-to-end campaign management (planning,strategy, launch, execution, optimization, and measurement) Partner withcross-functional teamsto buildand activateintegrated GTMcampaigns Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and tools that enable partners to engage clients and prospects effectivelyduring campaign activation Collaborate withContentMarketing,Digital Marketingand Business Developmenttostrategize and launch tactics thatdrive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across themarketingfunnel Leverage voice-of-customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to refine GTM strategies and tactics Translate campaign needsintoclear requirements forBusiness Developmentto ensure strong down-funnel pull-through Drive internal adoption of GTM plans through playbooks, communications, and training Monitor GTM performance,identifyrisks and opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed; regularly update leadership Go-to-Market Team Strategy and Performance Expectations

TheHealthcareSector GTM Manager will partner with the USHealthcareAssociate Directorandcross-functional marketing teamstobuild and activate impactful marketingcampaigns, andshare insights, best practices, and learnings across the Growth organization.In summary, theHealthcareSector GTM Manager will: Own mid- to low-funnel GTM strategies and execution for theHealthcareServices and MedTechsub-sectors Advise partners and practice leaders on growth and GTM strategy Leadmarketinginitiatives supportingHealthcareServices and MedTechgrowth priorities Analyze GTM performance, surface insights, and recommend actions to improve outcomes Managesub-sectorGTM budget planning and stewardship, including annual planning Contribute to team capability building, employee engagement, and a culture of collaboration and innovation Qualifications

10+ years of experience in professional servicesor B2Bmarketing and/or go-to-market Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Strong strategic and analytical skills, witha track recordof delivering measurable growth impact Deep understanding of sales cycles, buyer behavior, and low-funnel GTM execution Proven ability to design and deliver high-performing GTM programs and campaigns Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results through change Strong project management, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making capabilities Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) L.E.K. Consulting has a hybrid work model in place for our U.S. offices In Illinois, Massachusetts and New York, the base salary is between $110,000 - $130,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level.
