JOB SUMMARY
The Google Media Buyer will own and scale Divi’s paid search media across Google platforms. This role is responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and testing across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. This person will work closely with growth and creative leadership to drive efficient acquisition, maximize return on ad spend, and unlock scalable growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment driven by experimentation and data.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
3–6 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads for DTC or ecommerce brands
Proven success scaling paid search campaigns profitably
Strong understanding of Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, and YouTube
Deep knowledge of bidding strategies, attribution, and funnel optimization
Experience optimizing toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin
Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large performance datasets
Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and reporting dashboards
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for forecasting and modeling
Ability to translate data into structured testing frameworks
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end Google Ads account strategy and execution
Plan, launch, and scale Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns
Optimize performance against acquisition and profitability goals
Develop structured keyword, creative, and audience testing roadmaps
Monitor pacing, budgets, and forecasting
Maintain Google Merchant Center feed health and optimization
Build performance reporting and deliver actionable insights
Identify scaling opportunities and emerging channel trends
Partner with creative team to guide asset strategy for PMax and YouTube
Continuously test and iterate campaigns to improve efficiency
Analyze funnel performance and conversion behavior
Support cross-channel insights with growth and analytics teams
