With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine.” Divi has grown extremely quickly, resonating in the marketplace with men and women at a variety of different stages in their hair journey. 2026 is an important growth year for the company with big ideas on the horizon and we are looking to grow our team to help! JOB SUMMARY The Meta Media Buyer will own and scale Divi’s paid social performance across Meta platforms. This role is responsible for campaign strategy, execution, testing frameworks, and performance optimization to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. This person will work closely with creative and growth leadership to translate insights into scalable media strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment where testing and iteration are core to success. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 3–6 years hands-on experience managing Meta ad accounts for DTC or ecommerce brands Proven success scaling paid social spend while maintaining efficiency targets Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets Experience with attribution models and full-funnel marketing strategy Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and performance dashboards Ability to translate data into actionable testing strategies Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end Meta account management including strategy, execution, and optimization Plan and scale campaigns across full funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF) Develop structured creative and audience testing roadmaps Optimize performance against acquisition and profitability goals Monitor pacing, budgets, and forecasting Build and deliver performance reporting with actionable insights Partner with creative team to guide ad concept development Identify scaling opportunities and emerging media trends Continuously test and iterate campaigns to drive performance efficiency gains Support cross-channel insights with growth and analytics teams JOB BENEFITS
