High-volume BDR role (mostly outbound, some inbound) Sell directly to founders and revenue leaders at top startups Own the full motion from first touch to booked meeting What we’re looking for
Excited by in-office, high-ownership startup culture Proven grit and work ethic (sales, outbound, or high-intensity environments) Comfortable with high activity and repetition Hungry to grow fast and take on responsibility beyond a narrow JD Comp and Growth
Base:
$60k–$80k OTE:
