Associate Technical Marketing Manager – $43/hr (Onsite Hybrid, Austin, TX)
Weekly Pay + Benefits | 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Start Date: February 16, 2026
End Date: August 14, 2026
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – onsite 3 days/week)
What You’ll Do
Support the creation of visual, story-driven product content, including demo recordings, screenshots, draft videos, webinars, and enablement assets
Assist in configuring and staging basic product instances to support value-based use cases
Coordinate logistics for content creation, reviews, and delivery across multiple stakeholders
Support product release programs and field enablement initiatives
Help prepare materials for industry events and conferences
Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather inputs and align messaging
Identify gaps in existing enablement assets and support efforts to close them
Own and maintain JIRA workflows, timelines, and project tracking for the Technical Marketing team
Act as the onsite liaison in the Austin office to help drive project momentum and milestones
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in marketing, marketing project coordination, associate project management, or field sales support
Entry-level candidates with strong internships or relevant hands-on experience will be considered
Strong comfort using JIRA to manage work, track deliverables, and coordinate across teams
Exposure to SaaS environments, especially around product launches or enablement, is a plus
Basic presentation skills, including comfort supporting or co-presenting content
Solid writing and editing skills; familiarity with video, photo editing, or demo tools is a plus
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, or Customer Success
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a matrixed organization
Interest in the construction technology or con-tech space is a plus
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Work Setup
Must be local to Austin, TX
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week
Acts as the team’s primary onsite presence for coordination and execution
