What You’ll Do
Drive Pipeline Through Field Marketing
Plan and execute field events and experiences that generate, accelerate, and influence pipeline across strategic accounts and regions.
Partner Closely With Sales & Campaign Teams
Collaborate with sales leadership, campaign managers, and partner teams to align field initiatives with broader go‑to‑market strategies.
Own End‑to‑End Event Execution
Manage everything from strategy and planning to logistics, execution, follow‑up, and post‑event reporting—ensuring flawless delivery every time.
Act as a Market & Account Expert
Build a deep understanding of the revenue business and serve as the primary marketing partner for North America sales teams supporting key field‑hosted engagements.
Elevate Brand Presence
Ensure strong, consistent brand visibility in priority markets and in front of high‑value prospects and customers.
Build Executive‑Level Relationships
Cultivate meaningful relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and target executives through thoughtful, high‑touch engagements.
Measure What Matters
Develop quarterly OKRs aligned to marketing goals, track performance weekly, and report on pipeline contribution and acceleration—using insights to continuously optimize.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience
in B2B field marketing, customer marketing, or lead‑nurturing roles within a technology environment
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Proven experience planning and executing
trade shows, field events, or market‑facing experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative, strategic mindset
Highly collaborative, relationshipdriven approach with credibility across sales, partners, and internal teams
Analytical and action‑oriented, with the ability to translate data into smarter marketing decisions
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management tools
Willingness and ability to travel domestically (~30%)
