Role Summary

The Residential Stakeholder Director (DRS) builds and maintains strategic relationships with residential providers, healthcare professionals, and advocacy organizations within their assigned U.S. region. As a regional leader in community and residential engagement for individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS), the DRS delivers compliant, non-promotional educational programs and fosters partnerships that support access to approved therapies. Reporting to the National Director PACE & DRS, this role directly contributes to Soleno’s commercial strategy by expanding awareness, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance PWS community support. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with residential providers, advocacy groups, healthcare professionals, centers of excellence/treatment clinics in assigned region. Deliver approved educational programs and resources to residential providers, residents/patients and their caregivers in the residential setting. Operationalize residential programs, prescriber networks, and processes to ensure access to treatment for patients. Organize and execute Residential Speaker and Regional/National Programs. Identify speakers for these programs, including potential caregiver/patient speakers. Attend all relevant training and conferences identified by DRS/ Commercial teams/Advocacy Groups related to the residential space. Partner with PACE, Advocacy, Medical, Marketing and Commercial teams to align activities and maximize educational reach. Partner with Marketing to identify Residential Advisors, assist with recommendations and coordinating Advisory Board meetings. Partner with Marketing to create residential-specific educational content and resources, including disease state education and key areas to be addressed through Residential Speaker Programs. Identify and communicate regional trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform national strategy. Represent Soleno at local and regional conferences, advocacy events, and provider meetings, including those held on evenings and weekends as required. Supporting marketing in KOL and SME identification and relationship development Ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, education, public health, or related field; experience in rare disease or residential program setting preferred. Advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibilities and advancement within healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Account management experience preferred. Rare and pediatric disease experience preferred. Strong presentation skills and experience required; presenting to groups of all sizes. Strong relationship-building skills with diverse audiences. Familiarity with compliance requirements for non-promotional education in pharmaceutical/biotech settings. Ability to attend week evening and weekend events as needed and travel regionally (50%+). Additional Requirements

Travel up to 50%+ regionally; occasional evenings/weekend events as required.
