Case Manager: Empower Lives & Remove Barriers

A community service organization is seeking a contractor to provide case management services to assist individuals in overcoming barriers to employment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, at least 2 years of experience in case management, and hold or be working towards a Social Work License. The role requires strong counseling skills and a passion for community service. Available hours are two days a week, not exceeding 8 hours.
