Digital & Direct Marketing (DDM) is a multifaceted fundraising team with programmatic fundraising goals through direct mail and digital campaigns, plus functional responsibilities to support the digital marketing needs of the Development team. This includes data analysis, donor communications, content development, and integrated multichannel fundraising avenues such as direct mail, email, social media crowdfunding, and peer-to-peer fundraising. The Project Manager will execute digital fundraising and marketing tactics for both programmatic and functional responsibilities of the DDM team. Much of this work will be within the Adobe Marketo Engage platform to support internal client initiatives across the Development department, under the supervision of the Director, Digital Marketing & Email Automation. The Project Manager will execute digital fundraising and marketing tactics for the Development team’s programmatic and functional needs. The work primarily involves the Adobe Marketo Engage platform to support internal initiatives across Development under the Director of Digital Marketing & Email Automation. Primary Responsibilities
Assist the Director, Digital Marketing & Email Automation with email strategy and execution for internal stakeholder campaigns and events based on audience and objectives. Become proficient within Marketo email platform for VUMC Development, including building emails within the Marketo workspace and pulling campaign performance reports. Collaborate with Community & Corporate Relations to support fundraising campaigns and events across digital platforms, utilizing social media, online giving, and email strategy. Assist the direct response team with email builds for integrated fundraising campaigns contributing to revenue for Digital and Direct Marketing efforts. Update online giving pages hosted on Classy.org for campaigns across the department. Collaborate with Associate Director, Digital Marketing & Fundraising Strategy on social media strategy for the Development department; assist with monthly posting schedule, content curation/repurposing, and performance analytics. Other responsibilities include acting as a member of a cross-functional team to ensure effective content integration and donor outreach, collaborating on an annual operating plan with personal responsibility for tactics and goals, and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) – Required 2 years of experience – Required Knowledge of digital platforms (email marketing, automation, peer-to-peer giving, website design, social media, HTML) – preferred Email marketing experience – required Adobe Marketo Engage experience – preferred Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain productive collaborative relationships across Development and the Medical Center Maintain a hybrid work environment; be available for in-person responsibilities as needed Work Experience: Relevant Work Experience Experience Level: 2 years Education: Bachelor\'s (Required) Note: Vanderbilt Health is committed to fostering an environment where everyone has the chance to thrive.
