We work closely with personal injury law firms to support their clients throughout the course of treatment. As we expand, we are seeking a driven marketing professional to develop and manage referral relationships within the PI legal community. Position Summary
This is a commission-only, performance-based role for an experienced or motivated marketer with knowledge of the personal injury space. The primary responsibility is building and maintaining relationships with personal injury attorneys, case managers, and related professionals to generate consistent referrals. This role offers significant upside for the right individual and is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers Educate referral partners on our services and value proposition Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Track outreach efforts and referral activity Represent the company professionally within the PI community Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth intake and communication Qualifications
Experience in personal injury marketing, legal marketing, or medical marketing preferred Existing PI attorney relationships are a strong plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently Professional demeanor and understanding of PI case flow Compensation
