
Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team with day-to-day execution across digital marketing, events, content, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple projects and wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and basic analytics tracking
Support email marketing campaigns and list management
Help coordinate trade shows, events, and sponsorships including logistics and materials
Assist with website updates through WordPress and basic content management
Support content creation including blogs, case studies, press releases, and graphics
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and shared folders
Coordinate with sales and business development on marketing requests
Assist with vendor communication and asset management
Track campaign performance and compile basic reports
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B marketing preferred
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar tools is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Construction, security, SaaS, or B2B services industry experience
Trade show or event marketing experience
Basic SEO or Google Analytics exposure
CRM or marketing automation platform experience
Compensation & Benefits Pay: $45k-$50k Annually
