Job Summary The Admissions Communications Manager will have the primary responsibility to design, manage, and process the outgoing communications in the office of Enrollment Management Services. This individual will use a variety of tools for print mail, email, direct mail, text messaging, and social media for prospective student engagement, and work with leadership to assess communication effectiveness. The Admissions Communications Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment with a commitment to continuous improvement and first‑class customer service. The incumbent participates in divisional activities as a member of the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team‑oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes for the role.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning, development, and daily operations of all outgoing communication for all stages of the admissions funnel, including admissions communications/letter generation/emails, promoting events, working with external communication partners, and communication campaigns for enrollment management services (EMS)
Develops and maintains recruitment communication calendar and communications-related plans
Responsible for generating and maintaining communication in CRM, communication plan scheduling, and communication workflow management, as well as bulk communication mail merges
Manages all social media platforms associated with EMS which includes hosting live sessions
Serve as Admissions primary point of contact with GGC Public Relations/Digital Communications/other GGC departments, and external organizations for the development, management, and distribution of recruitment materials, communication, admissions webpages management, and marketing campaigns to ensure on-time completion and delivery
Manage and maintain texting and chatbot services via connected systems for EMS
Responsible for daily admit reports for decision mailings and weekly/monthly communication tracking reports to guide strategic enrollment management action plans to increase enrollment
Provide support to the Admissions Services team as needed and assist with admissions recruitment events and programs, including but not limited to, graphic design for digital communications, Preview Days, virtual information sessions, high school visits, college fairs, and campus visit experiences for prospective students and other campus guests

4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of relevant experience

CRM Experience
Proposed Salary 45,300 - 56,600
Salary offer will be dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.

Ability to perform tasks and other duties as assigned generally required to be in-person with some evening and weekend work.

Knowledge of digital marketing and channels for communicating with prospective students
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have familiarity with various digital, social, and design tools and platforms, including Canva and Microsoft Suite
Knowledge and experience with email content creation and campaign strategies
Knowledge of branding standards used to develop marketing and advertising materials
Be comfortable interacting and developing strong relationships with senior leadership, faculty, and staff
