Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the market development planning starting with the data analysis from Dodge reports, LIHTC reports, and State reports to combine the data into a clear succinct passage of information in those marketplaces. The planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives will be formulated upon the basis of these studies. This role works closely with the sales & marketing team, human resources, cross-functional departments, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and designed to engage target audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the data culling or capture to break down target market price information for specific products to be delivered to market.
Assist in the development and execution of the apartment units, sizing details and specification requirements by the funding sources and State’s Qualified Allocation Plans.
Assist in target marketing and HR campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
Supports HR initiatives and employee engagement content, campaigns and communications.
Support website updates, SEO efforts, and online content management.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Organize and support events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries.
Assist with internal communications, press releases, and brand consistency efforts.
Perform administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.
Full-time onsite position; typical office hours with occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing, content management systems, and email marketing software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
