Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Residential Real Estate Agent located in Indianapolis, IN, with opportunities to work both on-site and remotely. The Residential Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential properties. Daily tasks include guiding clients from property searches to closing, hosting showings and open houses, negotiating purchase agreements, and advising clients on pricing and market trends. The ideal candidate will focus on providing outstanding customer service while utilizing the company\'s state-of-the-art marketing tools and technology to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Residential Real Estate, Real Estate, and New Home Sales
Strong experience in sales and client relationship management
Knowledge of the central Indiana real estate market is preferred
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM tools, and social media platforms for marketing and client communication
