Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficient in agency management systems
Additional Skills
CPCU, CIC, or other insurance designations a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
