Adobe Advertising is a dedicated team inside Adobe that leads all aspects of ad products that let marketing teams plan, create, manage, activate and measure paid media execution. We are seeking team members at the forefront of AI and data-driven execution for advertising. In this role you will help drive the Adobe business by: Selling Advertising Solutions to Brands Direct “Mid Market”. Our goal is to drive adoption of the three advertising solutions (DSP, DCO, and Search) deeply integrated into the broader Adobe marketing tools. Working with Adobe Digital Experience sellers to collaborate on current sales motions to include Adobe Advertising tools where appropriate. Representing Adobe Creative Generative AI tools for brands adopting DCO + Generative AI software to advance their creative performance in paid media. Today 80% of the market is not doing creative optimization. As we bring the creative product to market, this specialist team will work with product, product marketing, and leadership to shape the current and strategic direction of our Creative Product Suite, including a native integration with our Generative AI tools from Adobe Digital Experience. This role will help drive support sales success by partnering with Adobe enterprise sales teams to gain alignment, access, and support in selling to prospects. The team will operate in a fast-changing environment. We plan to iterate on the product quickly in response to customer needs; the role requires comfort with a fast-paced, startup-like environment where business needs evolve. This team will have set accounts and quota responsibilities. We are seeking experienced Enterprise Sellers with a track record of success in the media industry. Adobe aims to lead in performance media and help clients use the next generation of advertising optimization tools. As a Product Specialist, you will drive new bookings and help ensure value realization for our customers. What you’ll Do
Drive the sales of Adobe Advertising Product Suite, including DSP, DCO, Search and GenStudio. It may also include features inside Adobe CDP. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within generative AI and content space. Apply customer analytics and data-driven insights to develop segmentation strategies for target markets. Own the outcome by developing and implementing a plan with prioritization across accounts that serves as a success roadmap to exceed the quota. Prospect and generate pipeline across a book of named accounts. Track and measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to the sales ecosystem. What you need to succeed
Experience creating GTM strategies with practical understanding of technologies and tactics needed for execution. Ability to communicate the Adobe Ad Content Supply Chain story in terms customers understand and can buy into. A minimum of 10+ years of large enterprise-level software sales experience. Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and ads managers to navigate and identify real prospects and achieve goals. Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with team goals and metrics. Compensation details vary by U.S. geographic markets and location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $300,000 - $375,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may differ by location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $268,600 -- $454,350 annually.
