Prospecting, pricing, carrier negotiation, execution, and customer retention

$500K+ GP producers strongly preferred
$1M+ GP producers encouraged to apply
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years as a true cradle-to-grave freight broker
Proven, measurable production history
Experienced sales, negotiation, and customer management skills
Self-directed, competitive, and accountable
Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Compensation We pay elite brokers accordingly.
Base salary: $70K - $125K, depending on experience and production history
Plus generous commission structure
