Description
This hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, will drive targeted marketing efforts by identifying, segmenting, and activating audience groups across digital channels. Collaborate with marketing operations, analytics, and campaign teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, optimize engagement and conversion. Essential Responsibilities
Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data Partner with analytics and data teams to define audience criteria and build actionable segments Collaborate with business stakeholders to align audience strategies with campaign goals and KPIs Extract ad hoc reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to support marketing initiatives Automate tasks in collaboration with project leads, data analysts, and end-users Maintain data loads in marketing automation platform and troubleshoot failures with internal and external teams Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in audience management Support A/B testing and audience experimentation to refine targeting strategies Document audience definitions, workflows, and best practices for cross-functional visibility Education
Minimum 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related Years of Experience
Minimum 3 Years of Audience segmentation, digital marketing, marketing operations or related In Lieu of Education
6 Years of Audience segmentation, digital marketing or marketing operations Compensation & Benefits
Typical hiring range:
$63,300 - $98,500 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge. Additional Compensation:
