LHH is currently searching for a Social Media Content Creator for a permanent opportunity with our client. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience, preferably within an agency environment, who is passionate about developing engaging content across all major social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and account teams to craft and execute innovative social strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. While this is primarily a remote position, candidates must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area for occasional in-person meetings and team sessions at our client’s office.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish high-quality graphic, video, and written content tailored for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with brand objectives. Monitor social trends, platform updates, and audience engagement to inform content strategies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for growth and engagement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and aesthetic. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement. Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation; agency experience highly preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video, and written social content. Demonstrated proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.). Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and analytics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be a resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area with the ability to go onsite at our client’s office, as needed.
