What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Formulate and implement strategies for the adoption of warm-mix asphalt paving and related products

Identify and drive partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers

Manage existing business and pursue new opportunities to achieve corporate revenue and margin growth goals

Provide hands-on support during construction and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Lead efforts with lobbyists, public relations, and regulatory bodies to promote the adoption of new technologies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of sales and industry experience

Strong technical expertise in pavement design and construction

Background in asphalt materials, plants, and construction

Willingness to travel 50% or more

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in troubleshooting paving operations and mix design issues

Established relationships with governmental agencies and contractors

Genuine curiosity and problem-solving orientation
