Create and implement strategies for the adoption of warm-mix asphalt paving and related products
Identify and build partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
Manage the sales cycle, delivering superior value across complex environments
Lead efforts to achieve specification adoption and establish Evotherm as the preferred technology
Provide hands-on support during construction and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of sales and industry experience
Strong technical expertise in pavement design and construction preferred
Background in asphalt materials, plants, and construction preferred
Willingness to travel 50% or more
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting paving operations and mix design issues
Established relationships with governmental agencies and contractors
Genuine curiosity and problem-solving intent
