
The Social Media Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for managing, growing, and improving GLAZER HALL's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. This position will develop and execute strategies to promote performances, engage audiences, and drive ticket sales. The role also includes tracking and reporting analytics to guide future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy and Show Promotion
Create and manage a content calendar that promotes GLAZER HALL performances, series, and special events.
Balance show marketing with behind-the-scenes content, artist features, donor recognition, and community engagement.
Audience Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Foster ongoing interaction to strengthen relationships with audiences.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all content reflects GLAZER HALL’s brand standards for visuals, tone, and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting
Track performance of posts and campaigns, focusing on engagement, reach, and ticket sales conversions.
Report on top-performing content and platforms, using data to adjust strategies.
Campaign Coordination
Work with the marketing, artistic, and box office teams to align on messaging, announcement dates, and on sale dates.
Collaborate with development staff to include sponsorship mentions and donor recognition in promotions.
Coordinate with performers' artist management to cross promote.
Paid Social Advertising
Manage budgets for paid social ads targeting specific audiences.
Monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ticket sales return on investment.
Qualifications
Strong writing and visual content skills.
Knowledge of social media and Google Analytics tools for reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Experience with paid social advertising campaigns utilizing Meta ads.
