Role Overview The Marketing Manager oversees and executes all marketing efforts across three distinct hospitality and live entertainment brands. This role is highly autonomous and hands‑on, managing social media strategy, content creation, email marketing, street marketing coordination, and day‑of‑show promotion while collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation: Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts across all three businesses; create original content including photography, short‑form video (TikTok/Reels), and branded graphics; capture content on show days and special events; maintain brand voice and visual consistency while tailoring content to each venue’s audience.

Marketing Coordination & Execution: Order posters and flyers and coordinate distribution with the street team; delegate signage, poster placement, and in‑venue marketing tasks to bartenders and venue staff; ensure all physical and digital marketing materials are visually polished and up to brand standards.

Email Marketing: Create and send email blasts for all three venues, including event announcements, promotions, and general newsletters; coordinate messaging timelines to align with ticket on‑sales, shows, and restaurant promotions.

Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with artist management teams, promoters, external venues, graphic designers, box office staff, and street team; act as central point of communication for marketing‑related needs across departments; respond to high‑volume emails with tight deadlines and quick turnaround requirements.

Operations & Communication: Manage multiple marketing calendars simultaneously; prioritize tasks across three active businesses in a fast‑paced environment; adapt quickly to last‑minute changes, announcements, or show‑day needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategy.

Experience with content creation (photo, video, basic graphic design).

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Strong written communication skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Experience in music, nightlife, hospitality, or live events preferred.

Bonus: Ability to communicate in Spanish, though not required.
