As a Communications Manager, you will define and deploy communications strategies that support select global and commercial functions, drive employee engagement, reinforce line-of-sight to the company's long‑term goals, and produce world‑class internal and external communications content. You will apply creative and up‑to‑date communications tools, work with Global Communications colleagues and outside agency partners, and report to the Director, Employee Culture & Global Initiatives. Hybrid work schedule is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead communications strategy as a partner with senior leadership to launch and sustain global projects and business execution, and engage the workforce through messaging promoting our values.
Collaborate with teams to produce globally consistent materials that increase engagement and educate employees on performance, programs and strategy.
Use industry best practices and familiarity with the organization to inspire communications ideas and content, identify internal leadership needs and gaps, and recommend new topics to senior leaders.
Partner with other members of the Global Communications team to ensure delivery of internal materials and messaging.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in communications, marketing communications or journalism preferred.
5+ years of experience in communications, marketing communications or journalism.
Demonstrated communications background with proficiency in corporate communications, internal communications, digital media, event execution, public relations or related field, preferably in an industrial environment.
Experience in a corporate setting preferred.
Salary Base salary range for this position is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
